Wait...is that chopweiler pin-locked in the choil?

Yes, it certainly is. grin
I had to use my steelheart sheath. The NO was a little too short.
The only problem is its not a neat fit at the top,as it was made for the SH-e but the pinlock slots neatly into the choil and locking the knife in.

I would be hard pressed to ever let go of this one...

.....it has dressed almost as many deer as my B4. I got it used, the previous owner thinned the grips at the top and bottom a little and opened up the choil.

Yeah, the Howler takes a lot of beating, no matter what version, a gen 1, through to the Little Mischief.
I was going through my Howlers the other morning and counted 2 gen 1's a Howling Fat and three little mischief's. laugh

Besides that I've let three go. grin

I always reckoned the Howler's were designed off theBA-e. Other than the latter being more robust and the ergo handles.

I have two HRLMs and always struggle to contain myself when I see one advertised for sale !! saw a CS variation that I really liked but was overseas and offline when it ended up changing hands.. frown No significant differences, different grind to the spine that mad it quite unique is all.

M7 is the one grail I've never held. I've seen a picture of it, but other than that, only rumors.

M6, M9, Mini Uncle Mojo, those are all ones I have and won't get rid of. Just need that M7 to fill in the blank!
