I just found out my wife is going to need a total shoulder replacement.

At this rate She is going to be fully bionic before I can retire

That's bad news mate, they take a while getting back to being fully active again after that.

I have a bad knee from an old horse accident, no accident as far as the horse was concerned though, he lined me up and kicked me in the knee cap after being freshly shod. grin

She has 2 titanium knees already. They say a replacement shoulder is a quicker recovery time.3 months vs 5 months to rebuild the shoulder and rotator cuff.

Howdy gents. I'm on my way home from California. On the way out there we could smell the smoke from all the wild fires when we were flying in. Yesterday while sitting outside a bit, fine ash, like snow flurries, was drifting down and covering everything. Pretty unreal. I do hope everyone out there is staying safe.

On a side note, there was an owl hanging out in the venue all day (we were playing an outdoor amphitheater). About halfway through the show, the owl takes off, flew across the stage and lands on the shoulder of one of our guitar players. Freaked him out. He stops playing and was doing the bird dance. The owl just took off again and landed by the bass player. He just hung out there until someone came on stage and threw a towel over him and escorted Mr. Owl off the stage.

I've never seen something like that happen. Pretty dang funny!

My wife loves Owls, one comes down and lands regularly onto our close line at night and my wife has got to the stage where she can almost pat it. grin
