Yeah, it was much more lively when Eric was running the show.
I'm sure it helped that running the show was his primary job, not grinding.

I'm sure it was.

Ian.

Hola everyone! Just living life and shipping younguns off to the brain factory (college). I hope they learn lots, get rich, and let me retire in style lol.

Not defecting yet Ian. I even used my brotherhood blade to skin a bear the other day, which it does wonderfully as it has in many times past. I'm looking forward to receiving my INFI Ratweiler, and also my Dog Soldier that I got dinged for today!!!

I hope the company gets something going in here to liven things up though, that would help with regular check-ins! Still, even though I may not be one of the original Rats, I'm always a Rat at heart no matter where I may be, ha! Hope everyone is doing good smile

Dave

great to see you back, HK. I was getting worried there. grin

Great pictures mate, that old bear looks like he needed some dental work, won't bother him now anyways. laugh

How to ruin a day at the range. grin

Sighting in the 45-70.

First shot low, second high after winding the scope up too much, then getting it about right.
All I have to do now is wind it a little to the right, then fffst! no powder in that one. frown

That was it for the day until I got home and knocked the projectile out of the barrel.

Wouldn't think a primer could do this? Melted the case.

Didn't do the projectile a lot of good either. smile

Damned Photobucket has put them all in sideways.

I've fired squib loads, but never primer-only squib loads laugh

Ian, that bear was ancient. We've taken 10-year old bear with great teeth. I'm thinking it must have been around 20 years old and down to its last year of life. I hope I get to hear the report once Fish and Game ages it.

Yeah, that's my first as well, done it a few times with 12ga loads, then you only need to knock the wad out, this one took a bit of getting out. laugh

The teeth are a dead giveaway, same looking into the mouth of a very old horse.

Good to see a little activity here! Our PC crapped out on us so I'm using our ancient laptop. We should have a new PC in about a week. Of course this really screws with buying any more new blades for a bit. smirk

Hi Tom,
My old PC seems to have kicked the bucket as well, now I've hooked up my old laptop, sounds remarkably similar to your problem. grin
