Well, all is quiet at our place. Rain has slacked off, so no creek or mud to worry about. Mowed the back 20 to reduce fire danger and wore myself out on the side-hill doing the same with a weed-whacker. No wood to split so far. Hell, I might as well string up the hammock and nap...

Lazy Sunday here too (partly due to the rain, partly to SWMBO doing work for most of the day)...
Ordered a new PC, the old one died a few weeks back, and the old VERY basic laptop just doesn't cut it.
Then also went on to stock up on shorts given 5.11's 20% off

Now some liquor, about to crack opened a bottle of fine Cuban rum, chuck some 'American' pork ribs in the oven, make a nice coleslaw and do some staring at the 'window to the world'...
As I said, a lazy Sunday

I would have loved to sat and listened to that smile So is chasing wallaroos like a fox hunt then, or are they able to catch them?

What they did was lead the hounds up into the hilltops, set themselves up on a couple of game trails, then let the hounds go.
There would be game scent everywhere and the hounds would run and bay as soon as they were onto a Wallaroo.

The hounds would run all day on the fresh scent, picking up new victims to chase. smile The two old boys would have walked up the hills and been setup by daylight.

I see why there were two hunters, one to holler 'here he comes!' and one to holler 'there he goes!' laugh
