Naps are the most exciting part of my day...when I get them. They don't happen too often for me, so rare in fact that its hard for me to fall asleep during the daytime hours. Who's got any exciting plans for the weekend?

I often sit back in the afternoons in my recliner chair pretending to watch some TV and have a nanna nap.

Sunday here, last night I was just dosing off when a large explosion rattled my peace. Some of Australia's finest lit up a stolen car on my road next to the bush. So it was up again and phone police and bush fire brigade0
It happens all to regular here because we are out in the bush and well away from civilization and authority's.

Might sound sinister, but I always hope that they might get trapped in the car while lighting it up. grin

A good dog comes to mind. grin

Yup-
A good dog is almost always better than an unloaded gun smile

Most times better than a loaded gun

But then you gotta shoot the bugger the dog nabs or get sued.

The best dog awakens you with a growl that indicates trouble about so you can decide whether to feed the dog or shoot the gun.

My boys are about the best home security system I could ask for. They make their presence known, and I always know if someone is at the door or sneaking around the fence line.

If they are stupid enough to set a car on fire, they may just be stupid enough to do themselves in one day.
