Yes, plenty of times.

It has a stronger taste than beef, but so does venison. I would liken it similar to venison.
Very lean with virtually no fat at all. Probebly better for you thn beef or lamb.

I must say that I prefer Wallaby. My Aunty used to make Wallaby tail soup that was to die for. grin

Like all good soup it got better the day after, we didn't ever get to try it the day after that as it was always eaten by then. grin

We often had baked Wallaby for Sunday dinner as well.

Kangaroo, I prefer to eat as steaks or meat balls. My Grandmother used to mix in gratted carrot and other goodies that made the meatballs delicious. Topped with home made tomato sauce and surrounded with vegetables, a meal fit for a King. grin

Nothing wrong with Wallaby stew.

Another good base for a stew is wild Goat, a yound one, not the old smelly Billy variety. grin

Well, I guess that remains to be determined. I think I smell a "stink-off" coming, can I play?

I've eaten goat, non-domestic (wild) and it was a young billy- also in a stew. But then, I was hungry.
